Kylene Amara DeBow-Archuleta

I just wanted to say hello to my community. My name is Kylene and I am currently a student at Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute, Austin. I am a assistant at Stylin Salon and Spa, Pflugerville and I am so excited to be getting my foot in the door in the hair industry. I love working with people and adding a holistic approach to the salon experience. My hope is to build a relationship with my clientele and be with them through all of their hair goals. I aspire to specialize in hair extensions and become a hair stylist that is well rounded and able to create any art form based on the desires of my clients.

I am hopeful that on my path in the hair industry I will be able to give back to my community. Every person has a story to tell and I dream of helping them tell it through their hair. I believe my mission in this world is to give back kindness to my brothers and sisters who are fighting invisible battles. The soul is a powerful thing, and I find passion in helping people express their inner most characteristics outwardly through their hair.
