~ To expand my customer base: I aim to reach a wider audience by implementing targeted marketing strategies and building brand awareness through social media and online platforms.

~ Increase revenue: I plan to achieve this by launching new hair and skin products that cater to different customer needs, as well as offerng additional services to generate more income streams.

~ Enhance customer satisfaction: I proritize providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with my clients. I will focus on personalized consultations, improving serivce quality, and gathering feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience.
