Hi, I’m Laís, a first-generation immigrant from Brazil and a passionate cosmetology student at the Paul Mitchell School in Columbus, Ohio. My journey into the beauty industry is rooted in my love for creativity and my desire to make others feel confident and empowered. I’m fluent in three languages—English, Portuguese, and Spanish—which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and make them feel seen and understood.For me, beauty is more than just technique—it’s about building connections, celebrating individuality, and inspiring others to dream big. I’m constantly learning and growing, and I’m excited to bring my passion to life through my work.

I’m here because I believe the beauty industry is about creating inclusive spaces, celebrating diversity, and inspiring confidence in others. My goals are to grow as a professional, connect with my clients, and eventually build a salon environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and celebrated.
I also want to inspire women like me to dream big and believe in their potential. Representation matters, and seeing more people from diverse backgrounds succeed in this industry shows that beauty truly has no limits. This is my passion, and I’m excited to continue this journey.
