About me
Hey Y'all, my name is Lani Woods. I am born and raised in a small town outside of Asheville NC. I am a graduate from Paul Mitchell the School of Greenville. Growing up I was a very competitive basketball player which lead me to playing in college. Because of this I have gained so many skills that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am a team player and I strive off of a team atmosphere. Leadership has been instilled in me since I was a little girl. I have a very giving heart and love to outreaches in my commmunity. I have gained good communication and multitasking skills which I think will help me prosper in the beauty industry.

Why I'm here
Every since I was a little girl I new that I wanted to be a cosmetologist. Being a cosmetologist opens the door to so many career choices. You can own your own salon, train or work behind the chair, you can be a beauty vlogger etc. I love the fact that I wake up everyday and can help others feel more confident about themselves. I am so excited to form relationships with my clients and I know that it is a huge part of my success. It doesn't feel like a job it is simply a hobby I get paid for doing.
