Recently, I underwent significant changes, culminating in the end of my 16-year tenure as an account manager, loss of my grandmother, and an end to a 20-year marriage. Since then, I have dedicated time to my family, creating cherished memories and relishing moments with my children and loved ones which has been immensely rewarding and underscoring the irreplaceable value of quality time spent. This season has been transformative, revealing the importance of balance that I had been missing while committed to a job that did not reciprocate the same level of care. During this period of introspection, I delved into my passions and faced a crucial decision regarding my career path. Opting to prioritize my family at this juncture, I decided to undergo a significant shift by pursuing a career as an esthetician. Driven by a lifelong passion for skincare and interpersonal connections, this new path resonates deeply with my interests and offers the flexibility needed to prioritize family time while ensuring my personal well-being.
