I’ve built my career around guiding people through important transitions, and I like being the person who turns a “yes” into a successful start.

In my previous role, I worked closely with sales and cross-functional teams to move students from initial commitment through onboarding and into a strong first-week experience. That meant managing multiple timelines, setting clear expectations, and troubleshooting roadblocks while making sure each student felt supported and confident every step of the way. 

What stands out to me about this role is the focus on high-value customers and creating a seamless, thoughtful onboarding experience. That’s where I do my best work—building trust quickly, staying organized in fast-moving environments.
