My passion for cosmetology began at a young age. While other kids were playing with toys, I was in my room experimenting with my hair, trying out new styles on myself and my friends. I spent hours practicing braids, curls, and updos. Before long, I started doing my family members’ hair, too. I knew even as a child that this was more than just a hobby—it was what I was meant to do.
