About me
I am a dedicated and passionate hairstylist with two decades of experience in the beauty industry. I began my career after graduating at the top of my class from the Riverside City College Cosmetology program in 2005 and have been working with Redken color ever since. My journey started at Oasis Hair Salon in 2005, and in 2006, I joined Hair Precinct, a Redken Elite Salon, where I have continued to grow and refine my skills. In 2014, I took the next step in my career by purchasing Hair Precinct, where I have been committed to providing exceptional service and fostering a positive salon environment.
I am deeply invested in ongoing education and have attended the prestigious Redken Exchange four times and the Redken Symposium nine times, staying at the forefront of industry trends and techniques. My goal is to help clients feel confident and beautiful while continuously enhancing my craft in the ever-evolving world of hair design.

Why I'm here
Becoming a Redken Artist has been a long-standing goal of mine, driven by my passion for education and my deep connection to the brand. I have been using Redken color and haircare products for 20 years and have continuously invested in my growth through education. I have attended the Redken Exchange four times, participating in advanced courses such as Color Mastery (twice), Redken Underground, and the Redken Salon Ambassador Program. Additionally, I have attended the Redken Symposium nine times and numerous classes at the ProLab in Los Angeles to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Education is at the heart of my career. I have implemented quarterly in-salon education to ensure my team stays inspired and informed. I also established a mentoring program within my salon, where I guide new stylists in building successful, sustainable careers. Becoming a Redken Artist will allow me to expand my impact and provide valuable support to the next generation of stylists.
Beyond the salon, I have a strong background in leadership and coaching. In a previous business venture selling clothing for nine years, I had the privilege of coaching and mentoring a team of 400 women. I thrived in teaching classes and hosting training sessions, and I deeply miss being part of an educational community.
I am eager to bring my passion for education and mentorship to Redken, contributing to the growth and success of fellow professionals in this incredible industry.
