About me
My name is Lauren Schrupp and I am 19 years old currenttly attending Aveda Arts and Science Institute in Minneapolis. I started in September 2021, and I am graduating on October 3rd. I enjoy all aspects of cosmetology, but the ones I enjoy most are hair coloring, styling, and makeup application. During my time at the Aveda Institute, I was apart of the Catwalk for Water fashion show. For this, I did the makeup application and it was an amazing experience. I was also able to participate in Minnesota Fashion Week as one of the makeup artist for three of the shows. Overall, I enjoy all things beauty and making people feel beautiful inside and out.

Why I'm here
I am here because I enjoy creating art through hair and makeup. I always have tried to challenge myself to think outside of the box and create things that are unique and beautiful. From this, I want to apply it in everyday life and create works of art from the hair, while also making the person in my care feel beautiful inside and out.
