Lauryn Derousselle

I was told as a teenager, that doing hair was not a real job and that I should be a teacher because I was good with kids. I was working at a preschool for three years doing what I thought I loved. Everyday was a push to get out of bed and go clock in. I realized I wasn't truly happy after I had my son. With postpartum changes to my body, I had to learn to love myself all over again. So, I began to try new hairstyles and new makeup looks on myself to boost my confidence. I finally realized I wanted to do what I really loved doing and look forward to doing everyday. I would love to give other people that same experience of boosting their confidence and embracing their beauty inside and out.
