My name is Lexi and I’m currently a cosmetology student in the Seattle area. From a young age, I have been drawn to makeup, hair, fashion and all things beauty! I’m looking to pursue my future career in eyelash extensions and everything hair. My goal is to constantly be bettering my skills in all aspects of this industry, take advice and learn from others in this industry, and constantly strive to be the best version of myself that I can be.

Why I'm here
From a young age, I was pressured by society to go to college and get a degree, because that’s what will make you successful. I quickly realized after struggling with my own identity in high school, comparing myself to others and taking college courses as a high school student with no true direction, that these societal pressures aren’t for everybody. I took an entrepreneurship class when I finally realized: success is defined within yourself. Success, to me, is defined by doing what your heart desires. Finding your passion and becoming the upmost happy and ambitious version of you that you can possibly be. Cosmetology is a field I have found myself able to thrive and truly do exactly that— BE SUCCESSFUL.
