Guests can choose between Free Flow Sessions — 75-minute self-guided rituals moving between sauna and cold plunge — or Guided Classes led by certified guides through intentional breathwork protocols. Lolu is built on the belief that self-care and community go hand in hand, creating a safe, inclusive space for all to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
