I’m a salon owner, educator, and Redken Artist who’s passionate about helping stylists grow—behind the chair, in their confidence, and in their business. After co-owning a successful Redken Black Elite salon for many years, I opened a new location in 2025, where I continue to blend artistry with leadership while building a supportive, education-first culture.
I have had renters, been a renter myself, been a commission stylist, and have been a back-stage stylist. I still love being hands on with salon guests! I create transformational looks & colors, spend time with color correction guests, & love creating beautiful healthy hair.
When I'm not spending time with my salon team, my cute pomeranian, Stella, or my family in Florida, I love being on the salon education and show road! I have worked on over 50 shows during fashion week or backstage at large fundraisers, where I styled creative looks and glamourous hair, while running the hair model room and organizing or collaborating with a hair team, which is so fun.
My career has been shaped by resilience, community, and a love for problem-solving. Training more than 40 new stylists in my own salon over the years has taught me how to develop talent, create effective systems, and lead people through growth with patience and clarity. I’m at my best when I’m helping others see what’s possible.
Today, I educate both in-salon and online through REDKEN or my company, Infinity Hair Training. Whether I’m teaching color, business strategies, or guest experience, my goal is always the same: to elevate the industry and empower the next generation.
I’m continually learning, evolving, and finding new ways to serve the beauty community I love and I am looking for new ways to " raise my own lid" and grow artistically, creativly & professionally.

I am interested in applying to REDKEN 20265/26 AMP for COLOR and FINISHING/STYLING.
As a salon owner, educator, and stylist, this past year has pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. Relocating my salon business, rebuilding after a hurricane that profoundly impacted our town, and transitioning out of a long-term business partnership, all while rebuilding a salon business, required a level of resilience I had never tapped into before. Leading a team through that kind of change—where every decision creates a ripple effect—showed me how capable I am of problem-solving on a MUCH larger scale. I learned to ask for help, and when we achieve the impossible together, it was a new day. It also gives me a new freedom and confidence I didn't have before that I want to shift into my creative career. I realized that I’ve only scratched the surface of my own potential and talent.
One of my favorite John Maxwell concepts from the Law of the Lid, " a person's leadership ability determines their overall effectiveness, and the lid limits the potential and growth of the organization. " I know that it's essential in order to increase my skill and /or abilities as a Redken Artist to reach a higher potential; it's time to get in the space where the lid is raised. Increasing my abilities through mentorship will help me grow and enable others to reach higher around me.
If you know me, you know I give far more than I take. I take pride in being a valuable and collaborative loyal teammate—especially within a group of stylists who are committed to raising the professional bar. Earning mentorship from the Redken team would be an honor I’d hold in high regard, because I genuinely believe our potential is shaped by the people we surround ourselves with. I’m ready and excited to step into a higher level of creative training, facilitation, and professional development, fully open to learning and contributing wherever I can. Thank you for reading this! Please watch my video too. <3
I am a salon owner leading a fast growing team as we relocated 4 months ago. I still love being behind the chair training newer stylists a few days a week and traveling for Redken classes.
