About me
Hey my name is Mabrie. I am 20 years old and currently a student at Paul Mitchell The School of Greenville! I’ve always had a passion for hair and all things creative! My mom is a hairstylist and growing up I had the almighty job of washing bowls, and sweeping up hair. Since I was little I was taught to always work hard for what I want because it's that much more rewarding to achieve what you're aiming for. I am family oriented and down to earth. Being a good listener is definently one of my strong suits. I’ve always pictured myself perfecting what I love! I’m pleased to say I’m finally on the way to nothing less!!

Why I'm here
I’m here today because my mom has supported my every step! I have always looked up to her and had a passion for hair but I haven’t always known I would pursue this career. I wanted to become a teacher for the longest time; aspiring to become the next Miss Honey (from Matilda)! With the hopes of providing a safe place for my students. I went to college and shortly realized teaching wasn’t for me. It didn’t take me long to recognize the similarities of teaching and hairstyling. Becoming a hairstylist allows me to be that safe place for clients while making them feel confident and beautiful!
