About me
Hey! I'm Macy! I'm a hairstylist located at Bliss Salon and Spa in Kennewick, WA!
I specialize in all things color and alternative haircutting!
My mission is for everyone to feel comfortable and safe around me whether it's behind the chair, in the salon, and outside of work! I'm a certified safe space stylist through the RedkenXit gets better project, and a Redken Shades EQ specialist! I'm currently taking courses to become a Redken Specialist so I can be knowledgeable in new techniques, products, and practices to give my clients the best service possible!
I love advancing my education as much as I possibly can, any opportunity to take a class I take!

Why I'm here
I'm in this industry because I want to make people happy! I chose this career because I wanted to help people, and being a hairstylist/ thairapist to all of my clients is the reason I get up and get ready in the morning. Without my career, I'm honestly not sure where I would be!
Being an educator is a piece of me that I believe would make me complete. I want to be an educator because I want to teach others and be an inspiration and a mentor to others in the industry. The beauty industry can sometimes lack compassion for those who are just starting out, or those who have years of experience and are trying something out of their comfort zone. I'm here and in this industry because I want to help people and be a positive mentor and influence to others!
