I am 19 years old and currently pursuing my passion in cosmetology, where I am specializing in skincare and textured hair. Beauty has always been about more than just appearance; it's about making people FEEL beautiful and seen.
Being the eldest of 9 has shaped me into the person I am today. My siblings are my world and have taught me so much patience but also given me the gift of being able to communicate with truly anyone.
Outside of school, you'll probably find me filming content for my TikTok (@madisonxalexis), where you get to see who I am aside from taking clients! I aspire to one day be a beauty and lifestyle creator as it's also a huge part of my career.

Why I'm here
Since I was a little girl, you could find me on my iPad watching videos of people doing their hair and makeup. I've always had such passion and drive for cosmetology and I'm so blessed to have made that dream into my reality. I started to practice on my younger cousins who had extremely curly hair and that was when my desire to work with textured hair began. In high school, I practically begged my friends to let me do their hair, whether that be curl, braid, or retwist it. As a young teenager, I got myself into a skincare rabbit hole because I had severe acne. Later being able to find products and methods of soothing my skin was truly what made me love esthetics. Seeing people walk out of the door with a smile on their face is the greatest reward and it reminds me everyday how much I love what I do.
