I am a seasoned professional in the day-to-day chaos of a fast-paced salon. I currently support a large team of stylists, and work with over 100 unique clients in a single week. I am experienced in communication over email and the phone, and am a fast learner on new software. Although I am not initially from a beauty background, I have a passion for customer care & take pride in being able to support the day to dy functioning of all our staff, and enjoy the opportunity to make clients feel heard and cared for.
