I’ve worked behind the chair, in education, and in leadership, so I see both sides—what salon owners need and what stylists are looking for. I’m naturally relationship-focused and love helping connect the right people in a way that actually works long term, especially supporting salon owners in finding reliable, growth-minded team members.
