Manuel Arteaga-Salinas

Hi, I'm Manuel. I am a licensed cosmetologist, cosmetology educator, and co owner of Beauty Collective. For over 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to build a career doing what I love while continuing to grow both behind the chair and in the classroom.

Education has always been at the heart of everything I do. I love helping others build confidence, whether that is through creating beautiful hair for my clients or teaching future beauty professionals the skills they need to succeed. I believe the best educators are always learning themselves, which is why I am committed to continuing my own education and sharing that knowledge with others.

As an educator, my goal is to make learning approachable, engaging, and hands on. I want every student to feel supported, challenged, and confident in their abilities. As a salon owner and stylist, I strive to create an experience where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.

I am passionate about building genuine connections, inspiring growth, and giving back to the industry that has given me so much. Whether I am behind the chair, in the classroom, or representing a brand, my mission is always the same. To educate with purpose, lead with authenticity, and help others grow with confidence.
