Mariah Hollett

My name is Mariah, and I am a cosmetologist based out of Ohio. I specialize in creating rainbow manes, lived in color and makeup application. I have an extensive background in musical theatre and a deep passion for hair color and makeup. Much like every other young girl, I was fascinated with hair and makeup as a child. As I grew up, I was able to express myself through theatre. I performed for a solid eleven years and discovered it was more than a fascination. It was a passion. I love cosmetology for many reasons, but the joy in cosmetology for me is making another person feel like they are the cat’s meow. 

As a society, we struggle so much with depression, anxiety, and other mental and physical illnesses. This is the one thing without fail that makes a change in such a depression-prevalent world. I know that with hair, makeup and a glowing smile I can give a little bit of my joy to others and help make the world a better place. It is the little things that count, and a makeover is a great start. I truly cannot wait to share my passion with the world. But as it was best said in the Broadway hit Annie, you’re never fully dressed without a smile.
