Professional Overview 

I began my role as a Project Manager while receiving an education for the position. This unique situation was made possible due to recognition by the IT SVP for my workplace adaptability, organizational skills, and time management. My role expanded quickly from administrative support to personnel and budgetary management. I was put on a path wherein I was required to prove myself, and I am confident that I did so above expectations.

Regardless of my newness to the position, I rose to support numerous IT/IS projects. I managed efforts ranging from $50k to $9M with durations that spanned 6/MO to 2/YR. My deep understanding of project teams grew to award me a supporting role co-managing the IS Installers. My knowledge of those supporting the efforts allowed me to progress quickly and deliver successful initiatives. 

I became the leading Project Manager within the IT Infrastructure department. This was achieved through detailed meeting notes, comprehensive schedule and budget files, and I set new PMO standards for project status reporting and accuracy. Scopes of initiatives ranged from software development to hardware obsolescence. I received further recognition, ranging from Sr. Directors to IT VPs, for my proactive management style. 

At the time of my departure, I was one of the sole remaining Project Managers with the PMO from the time of my onboarding. I firmly believe I maintained my position and growth in the company due to my ability to flow with evolving expectations and my commitment to make an impact in the workplace. 

Within my current assignment, I provide direct support to a Business Owner as their Business Manager. I fulfill tasks that include vetting of developmental strategies, task prioritization for all Managers and Leads, budgetary review and forecasting, meeting coordination and documentation, as well as supporting marketing and promotional efforts. 

Within my scope are Personnel and HR duties; Processing payroll and vendor invoices, conflict documentation and resolution, benefit and PTO tracking, compliance follow-through, and staff scheduling. 

I also offer support in line with an Executive Assistant role. I stand in for the Owner in matters financial management, marketing and hiring campaigns, and vetting of business leads. I am on call to the Owner as needed for support in a range capacities, knowing that their success builds a foundation for company success. It brings great enjoyment seeing the fruits of my efforts through rewards like boosted team moral or streamlined backend processes. 

Transitioning to the beauty space has been a long-time goal of mine. This is a "magical" industry where the ability to enhance confident levels, improce personal perception, and genuinely better lives is part of the objective. The future is open for me; I am considering all avenues to continue building my reputetion and talents within the scope of "aesthetics".

I am looking for a position that has a path of action for both the business and my place within it. I am excited to provide my dedication and passion to support others to a new employer.
