I've always been interested in beauty.

 My mother never leaves the house without first putting on some makeup. I was always fascinated by her dedication to always give her self time in the morning no matter what. (What a great lesson on self care.) My mom never needs makeup but it makes her feel ready to take on the day. 

I started wearing makeup at age 15. I was just covering my acnce scars at first. After a month of "just covering my acne scars" I ralized if you put on foundation you should put on a concealer and blush, bronzer and so on.  

Wearing makeup and not properly taking it off gave me more acne and texture. So then came my skin care journey. This journey made me realize that skin care is the most importan part in a makeup routine. 

I am now a licensed esthetician and pursuing my Advanced Practice Esthetician license.
