It has always been said “treat others the way you want to be treated”. Service to customers, how they are being treated, and respect goes hand and hand. In the beauty industry, it is a lot of reasons that tie into one in which a client is requesting self-care services. A lot of these reasons are to feel more confident and be beautiful in their own skin. Emphasizing, listening, being respectful, confidential, and serving the client’s needs are all essential to be successful and building a long-term returning relationship with each client. A customer could be going through something, having a bad day, and your service to the client and how you treat them and service their needs can possibly be the light to their day and that's what I'm here to do! With great service to customers come good reviews, referrals, and feedback to help expand clientele and be the change in service for others as well. Social media is a big thing but word of mouth is just as potent. Having respect for your customers and yourself will help you flourish professionally and personally.
