About me
Hey there! My name is Mckenna Simpson and I'm 20 years old. I am an associate at Salt + Light Salon +Spa. I graduated Aveda in March and was chosen to attend Beacon 2023! I love doing hair (especially coloring and styling) and I've dreamed about becoming a hairstylist and can't believe I'm here today! I love going to concerts, exploring, traveling, the beach and photography. I'm originally from Tennessee but I've lived in Texas and Canada as well. I love what I do and am so excited to see where this career takes me!

Why I'm here
I've always loved helping others feel good about themselves and I think it's so important that we have positive attitudes when doing so. I want to be able to not only make people feel good on the outside but on the inside as well. Mental health is the most important thing in my life and when I have clients leaving my chair I want them to feel refreshed and feel amazing about themselves . I want to be a positive outlet and help as much as I can. I'd love to travel with my job and see the world while doing what I love.
