About me
I am 21 years old and have loved doing hair since I can remember. I've always been the one to play around with different styles on my friends hair because it was fun to me. I knew that I wanted to go to cosmetology school after I graduated highschool but my mom encouraged me to get a degree so I would have that under my belt. So after graduating from highshool in 2018 I went to OTC and received my Associates Degree in Behavioral Science in December of 2020. I was originally going to start cosmetology school at PMTS Springfield in January or March of 2021 after I was finished with college but found where I could start in November of 2020 and went for it. It was tough at first doing 2 online college classes and learning all the basics through core but I graduated with my Associated Degree and passed my core tests with flying colors in the same week. The rest is history. I absolutely love what I do!

Why I'm here
As I said in my bio I've been playing around with hairstyles since I can remember. There has always been something fascinating about hair for me. The way people manipulate the hair to do updos and the incredible haircuts and styles that people create is what I love. Updos have always been my favorite but as I continue through school I'm falling more and more in love with cuts and colors. The chemistry behind hair color and the percision behind haircuts is so fascinating to me. My goal is to make people fall in love with themselves again. Hair is a way to express yourself whether that be with a new haircut or adding some color. I want men and women to feel good about themselves. I want them to leave feeling refreshed and loving their new hair even if we just trimmed up the ends. My passion for hair continues to grow the farther I go in school and I just want to share that passion with the clients in my chair. I want them to feel excited and happy about their hair because it's part of who we are.
