Megan Reddis

Hi, I’m Megan Reddis, a licensed cosmetologist, salon leader, and former salon owner with over 11 years of experience in the beauty industry. My career began at 16 years old in a salon environment and has taken me through every stage of the industry from assistant and stylist to salon manager, educator, and business owner.

Throughout my career, I have built and maintained a loyal clientele of more than 600 guests while specializing in blonding, color corrections, fashion color, precision cutting, luxury extensions, and personalized consultations. I am passionate about helping clients feel confident while delivering exceptional experiences tailored to their individual goals and lifestyles.

As the owner of Alpine Beauty and a former salon manager, I have extensive experience in team leadership, staff development, education, retail sales, marketing, client retention, inventory management, and daily business operations. I take pride in mentoring beauty professionals, building strong client relationships, and creating environments where both guests and team members can thrive.

I attended Paul Mitchell The School Reno and have dedicated my career to continuous education, growth, and elevating the standards of our industry. Whether I’m working behind the chair, leading a team, or developing future beauty professionals, my goal remains the same, to combine creativity, business expertise, and genuine connection to help people look and feel their absolute best.
