Hi there! I am the Co-Owner, Manager, Educator and full time stylist at Jackalope Beauty Lounge. I have been a hairstylist for 12 years!I became a hairstylist because I love art, beauty, hair, fashion, and PEOPLE. I was the kid cutting my friends hair in the school bathroom and doing the entire gymnastics teams hair for competitions. Talking and connecting with people while also helping make them feel beautiful, confident and cared for is my jam. I knew it would be a creative career that would always be changing and challenging...and I was right! I’m passionate about education. Educating myself, educating my clients (so we can communicate better with each other) and educating/mentoring the upcoming generation. Every time I teach, I learn. It's invigorating. I want to encourage the upcoming passionate hairstylists. Help them achieve their dreams. I want to inspire and be inspired. Encourage and be encouraged.Change, movement, growth, and stepping out of my comfort zone is what motivates me. This industry is amazing and is constantly stretching me. You can't stop or you will get burned out or passed up. Working hard and accomplishing my goals is an incredible feeling. I want to achieve every dream I have. My next dream is to be an educator for Pulp Riot!
