I'M MEL,

My mission is to uplift our industry by supporting beauty professionals in entrepreneurship.  My Vision is to have 16 professionals become owners and live out their dream careers and grow their businesses to a place where they are ready to open up their own salon or spa.  Why did I open my two salons?One of my salon has employees and I help train, encourage and help them reach their potential where they can eventually rent their chairs. I want them to learn how to manage their business and become more independent. That is where my second salon, the Suties come in. At the Suites, professionals that work for me are supported and encouraged to live their biggest, best life, and pursuing salon ownership.   This was another step for them toward opening and owning their own businesses.  I want to create a path for anyone who works with me, to grow into and up to their highest potential.
