Melissa Cardona

Welcome! My name is Melissa Cardona. I am a upbeat hairstylist with educational experience in cosmetology. I provide friendly fun services that caters to client's desired aesthetic and requested needs. I have a large passion for blowouts, and vivid hair color. My goal is to expand my horizons to additional educational opportunities, stabilize my profession at a salon and work along side a team that is driven, as well as passionate about the beauty industry.

Other skills sets I hold besides a keen eye to color detail and theory, lightening services such a foiling, or double processes; I have pervious education in the fashion industry draping, textile drafting and sewing designs under expectations to be wearable products. I am a skilled artist in sketch and digital media. A avid journalist creating memories and experiences through scrap booking. 

My strength are adaptability, and being able to work under pressure. I am strong in my skills in communicating with clients. My consultations require reflective listening and consent during service progression. I take my career seriously while being able to develop professional relationships and keeping my personal life private. This assits in mentaining a healthy work life balance.

I am confident in my abilities and myself. While having willingness to accept constructive feedback to help my personal growth that needs attention to reach goals under realistic expectations. I am open to expanding myself in this career and my moto is to Making it Happen.
