Melissa Elliott

Hi!

My name is Melissa Elliott. I'm currently a cosmeotlogy student at Ogle School in FT Worth,TX. I am a mom of two and they are why I started this journey in the beauty industry.

I started having a passion for hair when my son who has autism was diagnosed. I have been cutting his hair for over 9 years since he did not want to go into a salon. I believe my patience and personal experience with autism can help other families who struggle with the same issues. While I want to help the special needs community, I am also eager to learn everything I can in this industry and see where it will take me in the future. I am a very driven person who never gives up and strives to achieve greatness.

My ultimate goal is to open my own salon that offers multiple services and have certain days for the special needs children/adults to have a safe, inviting, private place to receive services.
