Feeling Pretty Really Does Make a Difference
About me
Good morning! I am Melody Roberts and I am 19 years old. I love doing pottery, thrifting, and nature :)). I am located in Tehachapi, California. I currently attend Milan Institute in Bakersfield, California. I am enrolled in the ADV Cosmetology class which includes study in hair, nails, and esthetician work. I want to focus on hair and maybe bring in esthetician work. I have also contemplated adding nails in as I enjoy doing my own nails.

Why I'm here
I have wanted to do hair since I was 5 years old. I remember how pretty I felt leaving my aunt's salon and I was always so mesmarized with how smoothly and elegantly she worked with my hair. Something even as small as a refreshed haircut and style or to a root retouch helps bring back confidence and gives the clients a grasp of control when everything else feels out of control. Look good, feel good, work good is a phrase I live by. I want to be a hairdresser to make people feel beautiful and a boost of confidence like I did when leaving the salon.
