About me
I'm a makeup artist based in the Fort Worth area. I've been a freelance artist for 5 years. I started my makeup journey in Houston where I lived for 6 years prior to moving back to my hometown, Fort Worth, in 2020. I became interested in wearing makeup in my first years of college. I started watching lengthy YouTube videos just to learn the trends at the time to practice. After while, makeup became a necessity for me to go out for different events. To my surprise, each look got better and better to the point that I was the friend to assist everyone else with their looks. My best friend would tell me all the time how I would make a great MUA. I didn't see it then but let's just say, if I didn't take her advise in starting this journey, I may have never found my passion. I love what I do and I couldn't see myself anywhere else!

Why I'm here
My purpose for coming to esthetician school is to further my career, purpose and educaction. I would not trade being a makeup artist to be apart of any other industry. However, I would love to expand my small business by adding additional services such as lashing and waxing. I love being in the beauty industry. I love servicing many different clients all with different stories. Helping them feel beautiful and confident is heart warming for me. People go through storms they don't express to anyone and when they sit in your chair, they're able to release that energy and get up feeling like a whole new person. That is an honor. I take pride in my business and I take pride in being able to shift the confidence of several different beauties, one client at a time. When I graduate beauty school, my prayers are to be multi talented in the beauty industry. This is my calling, this is my purpose and this is where I belong!
