Crystal Mercer, a seasoned stylist in Summerville, SC since 1994, realized her dream of entrepreneurship when she founded Mercer Hair Studio in August 2021. With over three decades of experience under her belt, Crystal is not only committed to her own craft but also passionate about nurturing the talents of emerging stylists.

We have an amazing team atmosphere as well as constant education available. Our company pays a competitive wage while offering health care products and a 401k with company match. Our main focus at our salon company is maintaining a team based, friendly atmosphere while providing excellent service to our guests. We are a Summit based, commission salon.
