Michael Adamo

My name is Michael Adamo, and I’m an esthetician with over 15 years of experience in the treatment room and more than five years of experience teaching in esthetics programs. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for education and helping other professionals grow in both skill and confidence. I’ve had the opportunity to teach students in programs affiliated with Aveda and Paul Mitchell, where I focused on building strong foundations in skin care, treatment protocols, and client-centered service. I also served as the Executive Esthetician for MRVL, a sister company to La Prairie, where I was responsible for training employees, educating professionals on product knowledge and treatments, and working directly with medical offices to introduce and grow the brand within the professional market. What has always stood out to me about Bioelements is its commitment to the professional esthetician. A brand built by estheticians that focuses on customization, education, and real treatment room results is exactly the kind of philosophy I believe in and teach. I’m passionate about supporting estheticians in their development and would be honored to bring my experience in education, training, and professional skin care to the Bioelements team.
