About me
I graduated at the Aveda Institue in Fort Myers almost a year ago and found my interest in doing hair by teaching myself how to color and braid my own hair at home, (sadly, I used box dye which we now know is a definitely DO NOT do). My dad also let me cut his own hair with kitchen sissors and somehow that came out pretty decent too.
I have been working at James Grittith salon for almost a year now since August and I'm looking for more opportunity to get more hands on with mannequins and clients. I do enjoy working there but I do want to branch out and possibly find the right salon that fits me as so I fit there.
I think my favorite part about doing hair is doing color retouches or color in general to either see a drastic change with what the client showed as an inspo picture from their unhappy color, or just a regular color retouch to refresh the clients needs.

I'm in desperate need of learning more about hair, formulating, new techniques and making every client with their own story as to why they want that big change. I want to be more hands on and able to be trusted with helping stylists with blow dries or brainstorming ideas what could look best with on the clients hair if they need it. If they need an extra set of hands on putting color on or foils ect. I'm a fast learner and may ask questions but my goal is to be the best that I possibly can be as a hairstylist.
Learning is the only way to success.
Additional Information
Assist stylists with helping with shampoo, folding laundry, cutting foils, mixing color, setting up clients in chair with towels and smock ect.
