Stylists here are trusted to own their schedules, build their books, and create a rhythm that fits real life (most days wrap around 6 p.m.). You’ll be supported by a seasoned team, led day-to-day by a strong business manager and stylist leader who knows the industry inside and out, and surrounded by coworkers who actually help each other—because that’s the culture. Compensation is competitive commission (50–60% based on revenue), and products are provided, so you can stay focused on the work that matters: artistry, guest experience, and growth.
