A licensed esthetician, educator, and beauty entrepreneur based in Houston, Texas. With a passion for both artistry and education, I serve as an Esthetician Instructor at Ogle School’s Willowbrook campus, where I am committed to preparing future professionals for success in the beauty industry.
Beyond the classroom, Mona is the founder of ProBeauty Co., a growing beauty brand dedicated to providing professional-grade lash products, educational resources, and business development tools for aspiring beauty entrepreneurs. My mission is simple: elevate the industry by combining technical excellence, financial literacy, and personal confidence.
Known for my unique teaching style, high standards, and genuine mentorship, I believe beauty professionals should not only master their craft but also understand branding, business strategy, and wealth building. Through workshops, certifications, and community partnerships, she continues to bridge the gap between education and real-world success.

Why I'm here
Becoming an educator in the beauty industry at Ogle Schools has been a dream come true and one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. Transitioning from being an esthetic practitioner to stepping into the role of mentor and teacher has challenged me to grow in ways I never expected. It’s not just about perfecting beauty services anymore; it’s about empowering my students to find their own unique paths in this industry. Teaching isn’t just about sharing techniques—it’s about truly understanding each student, their dreams, their struggles, and the way they learn best, and building connections that inspire them to succeed.
This journey has pushed me to develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to communicate in a way that inspires—not just in the classroom but also in my personal life. It has completely transformed the way I view the beauty industry. It’s no longer just about what I can create with my own hands; it’s about the impact I can have by helping others discover their confidence, refine their skills, and ignite their passion. Watching students overcome challenges and grow into their potential has deepened my love for this field. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of their journey, and I’m excited to continue shaping the future of beauty professionals.
