Mona Echard

I'm a powerhouse educator, industry veteran, and unapologetic advocate for salon professionals ready to elevate their lives beyond the chair. With over 30 years of hands-on experience as a licensed cosmetologist, salon owner, mentor, and entrepreneur, I bring real-world wisdom to an industry that often gets overlooked when it comes to financial empowerment.

I understand the reality—irregular income, lack of traditional benefits, and the pressure to “figure it out” alone. But I don’t just relate… I provide solutions.

I am the Founder ofWise Money Movement and I am leading a bold shift in the cosmetology industry—changing how beauty and wellness professionals think about money, wealth, and long-term security. My mission is simple but powerful: move professionals from surviving financially to strategically building wealth.

Through my work, I teach that financial freedom isn’t about luck or hustle alone—it’s about knowledge, discipline, and intentional action. From budgeting with purpose to investing with confidence and planning for the future, I equip professionals with the tools they were never taught but always needed.

My message is clear and transformative:
Financial freedom isn’t a dream—it’s a skill set. And it’s time we normalize it in the industry .
