Monica Lindsey

 My journey in the beauty industry started at the age of 24
in Romulus Michigan. My mother was sick with cancer and my treat for her on
days she was feeling bad was a facial and body massages. During that time, I
started doing facials and making wigs for several individuals that my mother
met at the cancer center in Ann Arbor. Even then I was an aspiring
entrepreneur. Well, I pursued college but instead of esthetician school I went
into Nursing and earned my degree in nursing and later a master’s in business
administration. As time went on many years later my mother cancer had returned
but this time more aggressive and she passed away, but I remember her saying to
me I need to pursue being an Oncology Esthetician because I have gifted hands
and I make people feel better about themselves and it is genuine never just a
job even when it comes to nursing. After 3 years I decided to head back to
school and obtain my license in Esthetician and now I’m ready to take care of
all your beauty needs.
