Morgan Killmon

Hello!For starters, I am passionate about service, teaching and interactions. I have been with Nordstrom for almost 6 years now. Customer service is engraved in my SOUL. I enjoy making the customer happy and providing what they want and more. After a few months of working in sales, I moved into management and that is when I truly found my love for teaching. To pass on knowledge about a particular thing, is one of the most rewarding things in my current role and has been throughout all of the roles I have held. The interactions with customers, is what keeps my days lively. It is something different every day, even every hour and that keeps me interested. All of my passions point to working in a salon and in the beauty industry. It is quick, and everchanging and its a challenge I want to endure. Currently our company is going through a restructure. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, Management roles have been displaced, and it has given me the opportunity to think about what other things I am passionate about. To get into the beauty industry has always been a goal of mine. I believe this apprenticeship will give me the opportunity to learn about the industry and learn what it is like to work amongst stylists. I want to learn the ins and outs of working in a salon in hopes of going into cosmetology school and becoming a stylist myself. I look forward to speaking with everyone,Morgan
