Mountain Massage Wellness Center is a collaborative community of holistic practitioners based in Staunton and Lexington, Virginia. Founded by Samara Kidd Harrison, the center was born from a deep passion for whole-body wellness and the belief that true healing comes from reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. Opened in Staunton on February 1st, 2024, the center offers licensed massage therapy in multiple modalities — including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, and Hot Stones — alongside health coaching, meditation classes, somatic therapy, yoga, and educational workshops. With a growing team of dedicated practitioners, Mountain Massage is committed to providing integrative, naturopathic care to every client.
