Mountain Massage Wellness Center is a collaborative community of holistic practitioners rooted in Staunton and Lexington, Virginia. Founded by Samara Kidd Harrison, a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and certified naturopathic health professional, the center opened its Staunton location in February 2024. The team offers a wide range of therapeutic services including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Hot Stones, Somatic Therapy, yoga, meditation, and health coaching. With a philosophy centered on reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit, Mountain Massage Wellness Center is dedicated to supporting whole-body wellness through licensed, compassionate, and integrative care — now expanding with a new Lexington location opening in August 2025.
