Hi, I'm Mya! I'm currently an esthetics student at Educators of Beauty. I have a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. I enjoy doing facials because I can customize the treatment to the individuals skin. My goal is to create a relaxing experience where you leave glowing and feeling your best. I can't wait to grow with my clients and be part of your skincare journey!

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

I graduated from Byron High School in 2024 and continued my education at Rock Valley College, where I completed two years of coursework. I am currently attending Educators of Beauty School of Cosmetology, where I am enrolled in the esthetics program. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in skincare knowledge and hands-on experience, preparing me for a career in the beauty industry.

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT

I have gained valuable experience in both customer service and healthcare. I worked as a food runner at Weezys Sports Bar for three years, where I developed strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. I am currently employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Generations Nursing Home in Byron, where I have worked for three years providing compassionate care, attention to detail, and support to residents.

INTERESTS&HOBBIES

have a strong interest in all-star cheerleading, which has helped me build discipline, teamwork, and confidence. In my free time, I enjoy coloring as a creative outlet. I also value spending quality time with my family and friends, and I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places and environments.
