When our oldest was born, my husband and I started a birthday tradition of giving him a haircut to help him feel handsome and confident. As our family grew, I realized how meaningful it is to help each of my children feel like the best version of themselves.

Then it hit me—I want to help everyone feel confident in who they are. What started as a small family tradition has grown into a career opportunity that I’m incredibly passionate about.
