I’ve been in the hair industry for the past four years, and I’ve truly fallen in love with this industry—not just for the creativity, but for the connections it allows me to build. I’m known for being kind, compassionate, and hardworking, and I bring those qualities with me into everything I do. My goal is always to make others feel supported and uplifted, whether that’s behind the chair or in a classroom setting. I love helping people grow and making their jobs a little easier, and I never want to be a burden—only an asset. Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my family, especially my nieces and nephews, and I travel often to see my fiancé and best friends. I enjoy working independently but thrive in collaborative environments where we can all learn from one another. Becoming an educator feels like the perfect next step in a career I deeply care about
What inspired me to pursue the path of becoming an educator was the impact I’ve seen from in-salon classes and the excitement I feel helping new stylists learn and grow. Even without holding a formal leadership title, I’ve always naturally stepped into a mentorship role—sharing knowledge, offering support, and encouraging others to build their confidence behind the chair. I believe hair is an art form with endless potential, and I love helping others unlock that creativity through learning.
Another reason I’m choosing to grow into education is because my fiancé plays baseball, which means we’ll be moving frequently. Becoming an educator allows me to stay rooted in my passion for hair while having the flexibility to support our lifestyle. I’m excited about the opportunity to inspire, uplift, and share what I’ve learned in a way that makes learning fun and impactful for others.
