I am a beauty professional with over 26 years in the industry. I have spent the last 16 years focusing on my passion for education. Obtaining my Cosmetology Instructors License eventually lead me to work for multiple beauty brands. I'm most proud of the 13+ years I spent with the top hair replacement company in the U.S. In this position, The Manager of Stylist Education, I was responsible for managing a team of trainers, creating training curriculums, facilitating in-person and virtual trainings, managing the training calendar, mentoring and coaching the team, providing feedback, assessing training efficacy, building social media content, and much more.
