Nichole Jamieson

I'm a licensed cosmetologist, educator, and mentor with over 26 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of Rob Roy Academy at just 17 years old, I built my career through advanced salon education, leadership roles and hands on experience working with professional product lines, some including Aquage, Bumble and Bumble, TRI, Malibu, Redken, Schwarzkopf and various Italian color systems.

Throughout my career I've specialized in advanced color work, corrective coloring, extensions, creative styling, education and client retention while serving as a lead and senior stylist mentoring new talent in technical skills, communication, branding, sales and long-term client relationships. My passion for the industry and helping others grow both personally and professionally naturally led me into education.

In 2021, I earned my Cosmetology Teacher License, followed by her Vocational Teaching License in 2026. Over the years, my experience working in education, wellness, mentorship and supportive care environments helped shape a therapeutic and trauma informed approach to beauty and teaching. She is known for creating safe, welcoming environments where students and clients feel empowered to learn, heal, express themselves, and build confidence.

While caring for ill family members, I transitioned into operating a licensed home salon and providing independent education and consulting services, allowing her the flexibility to continue serving her community while maintaining strong industry involvement. I am now seeking a salon, educational institution or professional product line to call home where I can continue inspiring others through education, artistry, mentorship and authentic connection.
