Nicole Harris

I have always had the struggle of work life balance. With the lack of childcare in my area, I began working for myself early in my career. I traveled to clients, offered services in my home, and hustled my way to salon ownership. In 2021, I signed the lease to my very own salon space. In 2024, I signed a new lease to expand into the space next door. I now have a growing salon with a blend of chair renters and employees and have added a spa with wellness services that include a Japanese Head Spa, Infrared Sauna with Halotherapy, Facials and waxing, and an Aqua massage bed. 

I love to continue growing in this industry and have taken a deep dive into business and marketing. I use my spare time to listen to podcasts and audiobooks to keep me motivated and educated. One of my favorite things to do is teach others how to grow. I take young stylists under my wing and give them the information I have learned over the years and help them succeed.
