About me
Eursel “Nicole” Weston is a distinguished professional, holding the esteemed position of Chief Executive Officer at The Prevalent Institute. With a career spanning back to 2007, she is a Licensed and Certified cosmetologist practitioner and instructor with a diverse range of expertise.
In 2018, she ventured into the specialized field of hair loss and DME provision, further enriching her skill set. By 2019, Practitioner Weston had attained the title of Cosmetology Instructor, reflecting her commitment to education and mentorship.
Her visionary goal is to foster collaboration among a wide spectrum of healthcare and beauty professionals, including doctors, braiders, nail technicians, oncologists, trichologists, podiatrists, dermatologists, and cosmetologists. This collaboration aims to provide both invasive and non-invasive services.
In 2020, Specialist Weston’s passion for natural well-being and body positivity took shape through her entrepreneurial endeavors, including travel, product development, and the creation of XclusiveFitKits, catering to a diverse clientele. Building upon this success, her family joined her in establishing The Prevalent Institute in 2021.

My goal? To empower future professionals with more than a license — to give them confidence, community, and career direction. I’m building a new wave of beauty culture: one rooted in safety, wellness, and holistic care.
