Hi there, I'm Nikki! I've been a dedicated hairstylist for 14 years, with a career that has truly flourished since joining LifeSpa. The opportunities I’ve encountered within LifeSpa have been transformative, and have propelled my career by pushing me out of my comfort zone and helping me grow both as a stylist and as a person. Specializing in modern blonding and dimensional color, I’m passionate about creating natural, lived-in looks that make my clients feel confident and beautiful. My journey in this industry began at a young age, fueled by a creative spirit and a love for making others feel good about themselves. My passion for this industry and my commitment to my clients keep me motivated every day. I am constantly seeking to expand my skill set, and now I’m eager to share my knowledge and passion with others by stepping into an educator role, helping fellow stylists grow and thrive with Wella Professionals.

Why I'm here
I believe that education is the key to growth and success in the beauty industry and education has become a driving force in my career. My long term goal hasn't always been to become an educator, but after completing my journey of becoming a Wella Color Expert, I felt a newfound confidence and so much inspiration. That experience ignited a passion in me to share my knowledge, and empower other stylists to feel the same in their career. By stepping into an educator role with Wella Professionals, I aim to inspire and equip the next generation of stylists with the skills and confidence to excel in their craft, while continuing to work behind the chair. This allows me to stay grounded in the latest techniques and trends, ensuring I can provide real-world insight to those I teach. The brand’s commitment to innovation and education aligns perfectly with my values and career aspirations. I’m ready to take on this role, contributing to the Wella community by sharing my knowledge and continuing to learn from other talented professionals.
